Dan Mathason

Executive Vice President of Development

Dan Mathason implements development projects, negotiates key agreements, sources and negotiates property financing, is part of the company’s investment committee, and supervises special projects for Key International.

Dan has overseen major portions of the development and sale of over 1,300 condominium units, valued at over $987 Million, including high profile projects 1010 Brickell, The Harbour, and 400 Sunny Isles. He also takes an active role in overseeing property operations at Key International.

Prior to joining Key International, he worked on the Institutional Fixed Income Sales Desk at Lehman Brothers. There, he worked with clients and senior sales team members on transactions involving corporate bonds, agencies, mortgage-backed securities, asset-backed securities, fixed income options, repo transactions, and other fixed income instruments. Dan also was part of the Capital Markets Group at Cushman & Wakefield. At Cushman & Wakefield, he worked on shopping center, mall, and office building sale transactions with Cushman’s top sales team in the Southeastern United States on deals valued between $30 Million and $230 Million each.

Dan graduated from the Joseph Wharton Scholars Program at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science in Economics with dual concentrations in Entrepreneurial Management and Information Systems plus a Minor in Mathematics.

Dan Mathason
