Jose Ardid

President and Chief Executive Officer

Jose Ardid is Key International’s founder, President, and Chief Executive Officer.  He is a licensed architect who moved into real estate investment and development in the 1970s.  Since then, he has grown Key International into a well-respected company with projects on two continents, having developed properties in Spain as well as in the United States.  Jose has completed hundreds of real estate transactions representing over $2 Billion in asset value.

He is actively involved in design, project acquisition, and capital negotiations.

Mr. Ardid received his degree in Architecture from Escuela Técnica Superior de Arquitectura de Madrid.
